I went to work with hubby this week, well I sat in the motel while he worked. Luckily, one of the first things we do in a motel is look in the dresser drawers for more pillows. There were no pillows in the drawers but I did find a surprise.

Can you read it? Here:

Limburger Cheese aka Stinky Cheese. After I grabbed the camera so I could show you I gathered it and took it to the cleaning lady. I didn't figure it should be kept anywhere in the building. It smells worse the warmer it gets. So far the room only had an "off" smell so it must not have been there long. Oh, she gave me pillows in exchange.
When I wasn't playing with photos and posting them, I hung out with a friend. She's pretty much the reason I went with hubby, but don't hurt his feelings by mentioning that. One evening, she and I went to a movie, "27 Dresses", and I really enjoyed it. I think she did too. It was the first time since we moved up here (four years ago) that I have been out with a girl for the evening (or day for that matter). It was the first time in a long time for her too. We were a little lost as to how to act. We had a lot of, "Do you want to. . . ?" and "I don't care, what ever you want to do."
I think I will be spending today snuggled inside, in the warmth, watching the snow fall. Oh who am I kidding, I'm sure I'll get out in it. I hope we get what's predicted, about a foot. Yes, I know I'm weird.
On February 24th of last year, we were all anxiously awaiting the arrival of Tristan. It's so hard to believe that he will one year old in a few short days. I would like to get him a DVD, what would you recommend? I love the Wiggles (I already told you I'm weird) but do they have anything for his age? What would entertain and teach him?
Thanx Jeannie for the pretty award! Thanx for making my heart flutter!

Thanx to Maddy for this pretty award! You make my day too!

And Chris, it makes me happy to get this award again. :)

Ilk to the Limberger...stinky feet cheese!! You could not shower for a
week and smell better than that!
I'm glad you got to meet up with your girlfriend, it sounds like you need a
few more outings like that!
I want to see that movie! You've convinced me I should. Glad you had fun
with your friend.
Glad you had a FUN trip!!!! =) I want to see that movie too!
Ooh, stinky cheese. My cousin once found a rattlesnake in a motel
refrigerator. It was in a bag, so someone meant to keep it fresh, I guess.
And I loved 27 Dresses. I saw it a few weeks ago with a friend who had
just asked me to be her bridesmaid. I think she'll go easy on me since she
was my bridesmaid first and I went easy on her. :)
I HIGLY recommend you encourage your daughter to sign with Tristan. It was
the best thing I did with my son right at the one year point. The DVDs?
Were such a hit with the baby, we watched them all the time. And, we ended
up with 39 signs before he was done. It's wonderful to be able to
communicate with them at such an early age.

Hi Lisa, been awhile since we talked (since the month of NaBloPoMo, I mean
November). Hope things aren't too messy up there with the snow--they've
shut down the buses here in Madtown. Wanted to mention that I linked you
in a recent posting because I discovered the "Kind Blog" tag on your site,
clicked on it, and decided I had to have it. So thanks for what you do up
there...
I like Limburger cheese, but not in my Hotel room,....ewww..... :)
I like the Wiggles, too! Just please...no Barney and no Teletubbies!!!!!
They are just too weird.
What a popular little bunny you are!. So you weren't tempted to eat the
cheese then? Never a good idea to eat other people's leavings I suppose.
Cheers
Congratulations on your awards. Sounds like a good time while hubby was
working. I thought the cheese was weed in the first photo. No
recommendations on DVD's but I always liked Veggie Tales.
