Fun Monday Mishap

Although you can't tell it by the photo, there is a little ring of yellow around the rim of the glass.  I discovered I need more practice taking photos of glasses/mugs.  It's just not something I normally do and now that I've attempted it, I have discovered that it requires a knack I just haven't acquired yet.

I don't drink alcohol.  Ok it's out, now everyone knows.  I'm not cool; I'm a drag.  On average I have 1 alcoholic beverage a year but often not even that.

But I also don't mind that most people do drink.  The reasons I don't enjoy alcohol are not religious or condemning.  For one I just don't like the taste.  I have tried various things and have only discovered one I like, Tequila Rose.  It is a strawberry liquor, at least I think that's what it is. . . it's a creamy pink color (or colour if you prefer).  When I do, on occasion have that, it is just a few tablespoons mixed into a cup of coffee.  Which happens to be the only time I drink coffee.

The other reason I don't drink is simply because it doesn't sit well on my stomach.  So I figure if my stomach doesn't like it and my tongue doesn't enjoy it, there's really no reason for me to do it.

So now, you know, why my "alcoholic beverage glass" was missing from "Fun Monday".  Please forgive me for wanting to keep my sobriety a secret.
