This is the last photo we took of all four of my kids, together. It’s from 2003 and we were living in Texas at the time. By Halloween of that year we had moved to Wisconsin and we did take Christmas photos of them, but each one individually. So it had been four years since I had one of all of them.
This one was taken on the same day, but only offers 3 of them. Haden was probably off climbing a tree. We were all at The Alamo, on our way to the San Antonio Zoo.
Mikal and Gage before Homecoming 2004.
Mikal and Amy before Homecoming 2004. See I told you they’ve been dating for 3 years.
I think this one was taken before Snoball Dance, don’t think I got one of them before Homecoming that year. It’s Mikal and Amy 2005.
Mikal and Amy, fall 2005, the day we shot their Senior photos. They both graduated June 2006. They have on their lovely Senior Hoodies.
One of my favorites of my daughter, taken in the Sears Tower elevator, March 2006.
One of the many we took of Britney (I made her dress) and Nick last fall when Tristan was still in her belly.
Nick took this one of Britney and new baby Tristan when they were still in the hospital. It’s another of my favorites.
These are my two step-kids. Dennis took this last fall when we went to Missouri for a visit. Bryan is 20 and he lived with us through Texas and up here. Now he lives back in Missouri.
Marissa is 16 and has always lived in Missouri, although that soon may change. She’ll be 17 next month and thinks she might like to live with us for a while.
I think this looks like a backdrop, but it’s not. Just one of the neat places near Joplin, MO.
That’s it folks. All 6 of the kids in my life. Considering their ages I guess I have lived through the worst part. I hope!
What makes your family, ms. chaos, an aesthetic family is the fact that
they are together. Thats a beautiful thing.
I really enjoyed your trip down memory lane you have a lovely family.
The pictures of your family are lovely. I am glad that I stopped by to see
them.
Great photos. Now I am going to go read the my kids link on your sidebar.
Wow that just shows how quickly people change in that age range. We're only
talking a five year span and the difference between these photos and the
ones on the bridge is just amazing.
All beautiful photo's Lisa. You certainly do have an eye for photography.
And willing subjects helps. My family scatter when they see me with a
camera. Something I will insist they change...and soon!
