Queen of Indecision

posted Monday, 5 February 2007

I am so glad that I didn't make a New Year's Resolution regarding my photos as it would already be broken. I want to start printing them; it's so unfair to make them sit on cold cds. They sit in that album largely ignored and they should be put to paper and in albums to thumb through.

I fully intend to get to that but it hasn't happened yet. It seems my fingers enjoy pushing the little silver button on my camera much more than the "upload" button on the mix site. Can you believe last month alone I took 835 photos? It took 5 cds to hold them all.

It has been over a year since these frames have come to roost in our house yet they remain empty because I don't know which pictures to put in them. I am the Queen of Indecision.

Evidently I am also the queen of disorganization.  My current system of storing the photos on cds works to keep all the photos yet doesn't work extremely well when I want to find a certain photo. Currently I burn them each month to free up space on the computer and make sure I don't lose an entire year's worth of photos as I did in 2005 (I recently was able to get them all). I would like to arrange them into albums on a hard drive as well but really can't decide the best way to put them in groups or files. Huh, I guess this is also a Queen of Indecision problem. I hate making decisions!

What you need to do is...take one picture at a time...and close your eyes and let it get internalized :). Youll save money like this ;).
