Not to knock China (heheheheh) but I would wager that is where this little
gem comes from - but giving credit to the toy Company itself. Living in
Germany for a time, I found that talking on the cell phone and driving was
illegal and you would be fined big time. Personally, I think the use of ear
pieces should be mandatory if one must talk on the phone. Bad enough I see
people reading, shaving and putting on makeup. ... NLM
