I was so happy to be invited to a Shin-dig at Swampy’s for two housewarming parties. One is for Julie and the other is for Tiggerlane. Since I am uncreative I would most likely appear with the same gift for each and just hope they never compared them. I would show up with some wonderful candles, homemade wreath or some such thing. But I would have preferred to be consulted prior to the bathroom fixing so I could bring the best toilet paper holder ever invented.
The is the one type of holder that will get every single person in the house to change the roll. The only way to get those old empty cardboards into the trash without having to be the only one doing it. They would then be so ecstatic they would love me forever. Ok, well maybe not.

Happy Houses Ladies!
Now that was a very considerate and well thought out present.
I have a free standing one that hooks the same way. You are correct... so
easy to change.
I think this is what I should ask Santa for as I seem to be the only one in
this house to replace toilet rolls. I'm sure they will appreciate the
thought behind the gift.
OMG I want one of those! What a awesome gift!!
The perfect gift Lisa, and for the record I change them in your house mum
(chrisb)!
HA HA! good idea - you are the second person to offer such a gift. But, I
like this one - the iron look is cool
LOL love it! No excuses to not change the roll now. Great idea.
What a very artistic, creative, and practical gift.! Great Job.
Brilliant!!! Have a safe trip Lisa!!
That is a great idea for a gift. My outhouse toilet paper holder in
yesterday's post was not so simple to change, but the top broke a number of
years back so when I fixed it, I put hinges on the top, so it is very easy
to change. Not as easy as this one would be however, as there is some
reticence still with the changing of the roll.
