Swampy's zany ABCs or Alphabetic Fun Monday

posted Monday, 24 March 2008

fun monday

When Swampy gave us our instructions to post something to do with the ABCs, I felt like I was playing the ABC game with my kids. You know the one where you take turns naming foods, animals, names, etc through the alphabet. It kept my kids entertained in many a restaurant while waiting for food.

When she left it wide open for topic I was lost for a while. I thought about doing National Parks visited (it‘s our goal to see them all), States visited, etc but I couldn’t come up with one for each letter so I broke it down even further. Below you will find a partial list of cities I have been to; I made sure to include Canada and Mexico and at least one city from each of the 33 states I’ve visited. Maybe I’ve been near you?

Like your idea of identifying cities and town visited. I go on about number of states I've traveled in but in all honesty am not sure the drive bys should count. Love Clearwater, FL for memories of a happy year teaching there and living on Clearwater Beach when I was not afraid to be seen in a bathing suit. ..a long time ago!

Well, now...you, my dear, get around ;). EXCEPT NOT ANYWHERE NEAR ME!! I guess your Tennessee stops are the closest, but still you were a ways away.

EASY greasy way to handle this week's FM, IF you've been well traveled; my list would've been about 2/3 of your list (if at that!).

Keep on goin...I bet you'll make it to 50 in no time!
